MY WORK ON THE PLANET…

Like most modern women, I wear many different hats. Whether it's as a mother, yoga teacher, coach, actor, mentor or friend, I feel it is my life’s work to help build empathy and compassion for ourselves and one another. I long for a peaceful world, but we first must begin with ourselves. My yearning is for every human being to remember who they truly are and It’s my passion to help guide the gentle uncovering of each and every human spirit I meet. Encouraging people to be courageous, vulnerable and to find their voice, to bravely step into their truth and suffering and transcend it to rediscover their power. May we all give ourselves and inadvertently others, the permission to shine bright and ignite whatever important work we are here to do in the world, no matter how big or small.
