Amy is a huge inspiration to me. I have no doubt she is going to change the world with her heart-centred, empowering yoga classes.

— Kelley, Brisbane Australia

My work on this planet as an actor, yoga teacher, coach and parent is to help build empathy and compassion for ourselves and one another - to help people remember who they truly are. I am driven to facilitate the awakening and uncovering of our inner light so we can shine bright and get started on doing whatever important work we are here to do in the world, no matter how big or small.

My calling is to be an advocate for people who can’t tell their story.

Amy Lou Wilson is the founder of Yogaseeds, and a Certified Level 1 Adults Yoga Teacher (Power Living and Yoga Australia), Level 1 Wellness Coach (Wellness Coaching Australia), and is a qualified Children’s Yoga Teacher, having completed multiple children’s yoga trainings with both Rainbow Kids Yoga and Inspired Kids Yoga.

She also holds a Performing Arts Degree from the Australian Academy of Dramatic Art, Cert 3 and 4 Master Trainer from the Australian Institute of Fitness and has a passion for children’s mental health and physical wellbeing. She has extensive experience with children, not only from being a mum herself to her own two kids, Charlie and Elkie, but also having worked in a voluntary capacity as a 'Pyjama Angel' for the Pyjama Foundation - an organisation dedicated to improve the lives and outcomes of children in foster care.

Prior to founding Yogaseeds, Amy has spent the last 11 years devoted to raising a thriving tribe whilst on a personal quest for growth. Alongside this she has also held a sales role for an organic health food company, worked as a children’s entertainer, yoga teacher and an actress. She is also the Chief QLD facilitator of Yellow Lantern Public Speaking for Children.

Amy combines her passions of physical health, mental wellbeing and performance to create a dynamic, and play based class designed to help children realise their potential and power.
